Antminer & Whatsminer repair — hashboards, PSUs, control boards

Board-level diagnostics and component-level repair — not swap-and-ship. Antminer S17, S19, S19 XP, S21, and S21 Pro series, T21, and Whatsminer M30–M60 series.

Hashboards

Component-level repair — failed ASICs, power domains, level shifters, and the difficult defects other shops tag as scrap.

PSUs & Control Boards

Power supply and control board diagnosis, repair, and firmware reflash — the fixes that bring whole units back.

Complete Miners

Full-unit diagnosis, repair, stress testing, and 24-hour hashrate verification before anything ships back.

Root Cause Analysis

Not just what failed, but why. Full diagnostic documentation on every board we touch.

Z15 & Z15 Pro owners: we're one of the few shops that actually repairs these boards — not just re-pastes them and calls it a repair. LTC/DOGE miners welcome too.

Common hashboard failure symptoms

Missing hashboard or "0 chips found" in the miner log. Low hashrate on one board. ASIC chip count errors, boards dropping under load, temperature sensor faults, miners stuck in a reboot loop, and PSUs that won't power on. Symptoms like these usually trace to failed ASICs, power domains, level shifters, or sensors — board-level faults our technicians diagnose and repair at the component level every day.

Results we publish, not promise

Most repair shops quote a success rate. We publish ours — computed from every completed order, and backed by a board-by-board repair report your team can audit.

Boards returned to service = repaired, or passed full diagnostics after clean & re-paste. Complete-miner repair orders with 100+ boards per model, Jun 2025 – Mar 2026.

Every board a repair center scraps is expensive equipment that never earns again. A cheaper shop with a lower success rate doesn't save you money — it quietly costs you hardware.

That's why we track and publish our save rate on every order: what came in, what was repaired, what passed testing, and what was scrapped — with the diagnosis for each.

The Reclaim Test: customers sent us 975 boards that other repair centers had written off as scrap. We returned 45% of them to service — 442 boards and 131 complete miners, back in the racks.

Frequently asked questions

The questions every fleet operator asks — answered straight.

What do you repair?
All major mining equipment brands: Antminer S17 through S21/S21 Pro series, T21, Whatsminer M30–M60 hashboards, PSUs, and control boards — plus advanced electronics systems. For data-center GPU repair, see our HPC / GPU Repair page.
What does repair cost?
Our repair fee is based on model, volume, and repeat business — we'll give you exact pricing during initial contact. More important than the price per board: ask any shop (including us) for their success rate. A cheap repair that scraps repairable boards is the most expensive option there is.
What is your success rate?
Across 45 completed orders and 7,154 hashboards: 79% returned to service overall, and up to 92% by model on complete-miner orders. We publish these numbers because we track them on every order — and your repair report shows exactly how your order performed.
What is your repair capacity?
From a single board to 15+ pallets. Note: sending complete units (rather than boards alone) improves repair success rates — we can test against the miner's own PSU and control board.
What is your average turnaround?
Typically 75–100 miners repaired and tested every 7–10 business days, depending on the condition of the equipment we receive.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes — 90-day warranty on first-time repairs by our shop, and 14-day on previously repaired units unless otherwise agreed.
Can you repair Z15 miners?
Yes — we're one of the few shops that can actually repair (not just re-paste and charge you for repair) your Antminer Z15 and Z15 Pro miners. LTC/DOGE miners too.
